There are many reasons which could result in payment errors. The first strategy we would recommend is to always check your bank account to ensure the funds are available and your card details are correct.
If you’re still running into trouble, please note down the error code and give our Customer our Support team at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can assist.
Shipping times may vary depending on the destination.
The standard shipping option within Australia can take anywhere between 5-10 business days. If the order you placed is in stock and all items are on hand the package will be delivered within 5 business days.
When will my order be shipped?
Your purchase will be shipped once all items in the order have been received from our distrubutors. If an item is out of stock or on backorder you will be notified by one of our team members.
Refunds for the preordered item will only be processed if the preordered item is unavailble to order through our distributors.
International shipping option can take anywhere between 5-25 business days. If the stock is on hand the package will be delivered withing 7 business days. If the package is not received within 25 business days you have the option to cancel the order for a full refund.
If a product comes with a lithium ion battery, it will not be posted by Australia Post as it is potentially explosive. This is classed as a dangerous and prohibited item by Australia Post, and cannot be delivered by air. Due to this, any item that contains a lithium ion battery can be delivered by standard post only.
We want everything we send to be in working order and ready to go. If any item isn’t working or is damaged please give our Customer Support and read following instructions below.
We can refund your item as long as it is arranged within 30 days of the item being delivered, and the product itself is in brand new condition.
Returns via post:
Arrange postage back here by emailing our Customer Support at email@example.com. Before emailing please ensure you have your receipt number so we can look up your order straight away.

Orders will only be cancelled if they’re damaged or classified as a non working item. Refunds will not be made if you have simply changed your mind.
